Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kuroblk (the "Platform"), which provides drivers with a branded page and tools to connect with their own customers. By applying as a driver or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & driver responsibilities

You must be legally permitted to provide paid passenger transportation in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for maintaining, at all times, valid commercial/livery auto insurance, a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and any permits, licenses, or registrations required by your local, state, and federal authorities. Kuroblk does not verify, provide, or guarantee any insurance or licensing on your behalf.

2. Independent operation

Kuroblk is a software platform only. We are not a transportation provider, carrier, agent, or broker. You operate as an independent business. All rides, fares, communications, and obligations to your customers are solely between you and them. Kuroblk is not a party to any ride or transaction you arrange.

3. Approval

Driver accounts are subject to review and approval at our discretion. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any account at any time, including for inaccurate information or failure to maintain required insurance or licensing.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are described at sign-up. You may cancel via the billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, misrepresent your services or credentials, harass or endanger riders, or violate any applicable law. You are responsible for all content and information on your branded page.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuroblk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any incident, injury, loss, or dispute arising from rides you provide. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kuroblk harmless from any claims arising out of your transportation services, your vehicle, your insurance, or your use of the Platform.
